Cleanup

The Kids
Ecology Corps at the
Delevoe
Park site on the
New River.
In 2005 we cleaned over 50 tons of trash and
debris from out waterways and shoreline.
There will also be the
“Trash Bash”, which is an appreciation party for volunteers
from 2 pm – 5 pm at the State Park
in
Dania
Beach.
What to Wear:
Nothing you don’t mind
getting dirty: old
clothes, hat, and tennis shoes. We provide gloves.
Saturday,
March 4th
9 AM to 2 PM
You can clean-up on shore or we
can take you out on the water!
First we clean up, then we BBQ
and have fun!!
Family and friends are
welcome to volunteer!
Frisbee and games after
lunch!
Directions to Delevoe from
I-95:
Exit at
Sunrise Blvd. At
the top of the ramp, make a right (west) onto Sunrise Blvd.
At
NW 27th Ave
make a left (south). At
NW 6th St (Sistrunk
Ave), make another left.
Delevoe
Park will
be just on the right, next to the African American Research
Library.
